Great news, anyone can be a handyman.
First question: Do you want to work full time or part time? Over the years I have worked both. I always recommend working part time at first. This way you can improve your skills slowly. Remember you are working on someones home. If you make a mistake it could cost YOU.
Start out with jobs that are low risk items:
1-Painting
2-Pressure washing
3-Yard clean up
4-Trash clean up attic-garage
5-If you have a truck use it to pick up items for the customer.
6-Hang blinds that are already cut to fit.
7-Change light bulbs that need a ladder to reach.
Ok you get the idea...........
